Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Virginia, Minnesota. The positions offer the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Candidates will work directly with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

The roles expect high school diplomas with experience in related fields preferred. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and benefits including annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data.
