Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel locally and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled meetings and ongoing training.
