Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Manassas, Virginia. These part-time roles offer the potential to transition into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Applicants will work closely with children with autism using ABA strategies. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data on progress, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel may be required.
• Must engage clients actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record data on client progress using PBS tools.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field
