Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles that can transition to full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and implementing treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's in a related field is a plus.
• Able to engage clients and perform physical activities like lifting.
• Reliable transportation necessary for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
