Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism using ABA strategies. Flexible scheduling and part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively, go from sitting to standing unassisted.
• Lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.
