Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Sevierville, TN. These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work directly with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. Competitive pay and benefits, including a quarterly bonus and complimentary RBT training, are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients both physically and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Reliability and transportation

Education
