Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Charlotte, Tennessee. The positions are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Successful candidates will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, supported by BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay including a quarterly bonus, and comprehensive benefits for those working over 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferable.
• Experience in ABA therapy, education, or childcare is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data.
