Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in San Tan Valley, Arizona. This role is part-time with the chance to transition into full-time as caseloads grow.

Your responsibilities will include working with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Flexibility in scheduling, competitive pay, and a pathway for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs is required.
• Candidates must engage clients actively during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
