Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Maricopa, AZ. The positions are part-time, with opportunities to transition into full-time roles as caseloads grow.

Roles involve working directly with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies under supervision, and interacting with families. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and 401(k) match are offered among other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Ability to lift clients up to 50lbs and engage actively during sessions.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data for client progress.
