Qualifications

• High school diploma is a minimum requirement, a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally may be required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
