Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role allows part-time positions with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism and implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation required with local travel if necessary.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track client progress using PBS tools.
