Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Riverview, Michigan. Part-time positions are available with opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidates will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans devised by a BCBA, while collecting data to track progress. Employees will benefit from competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a career growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
