Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Oak Park, Illinois. These part-time positions offer flexibility with the opportunity to transition into full-time as caseloads grow.

The ideal candidates will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and participating in training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
