Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Geneva, Illinois. These part-time positions offer the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
