Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) positions in Oak Park, Illinois. These part-time roles offer the chance to develop into full-time as caseloads expand, along with flexible schedules to maintain work-life balance.

Candidates will work directly with children using ABA strategies and have the opportunity for professional growth, including complimentary RBT training and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
