Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Oak Grove, Missouri. These positions allow for flexible scheduling and the chance to grow into full-time roles as case loads expand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• All roles subject to local and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
