Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Ashland, Missouri. Candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a degree in psychology or education is a plus.

• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
