Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions in Arnold, Missouri, with the potential for full-time opportunities. Candidates will work directly with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
