Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). These part-time positions allow for a flexible schedule and the possibility to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Ideal candidates will work directly with children with autism, utilizing ABA strategies under supervision. A high school diploma is required, along with a passion for helping others and ability to lift up to 50lbs. Competitive pay and benefits, including annual raises and bonuses, are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation needed, local travel may be required.
• Must be able to engage clients and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement and record data on treatment plans.
• Communicate with families and attend meetings.
