The role involves working directly with children with autism, implementing individualized plans, monitoring progress, and communicating with families. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
