Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Muscle Shoals, Alabama is hiring for both Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. The positions offer flexible scheduling and the potential for full-time employment as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

• Experience in related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
