Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working closely with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
