Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Midland, Michigan. These part-time positions offer the potential for full-time work as caseloads grow and include responsibilities such as working directly with children with autism and implementing tailored treatment plans.

The ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and engage actively with clients. A reliable transportation option is necessary, and prior experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher in a related field.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
• Ability to engage clients actively, lift clients or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
