Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Hastings, Michigan. The positions are part-time with the potential to develop into full-time as caseloads grow. Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
