Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Hastings, Michigan, is offering part-time positions for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians. These roles provide the opportunity to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand, focusing on working one-on-one with children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Attend scheduled meetings and ongoing training.
