Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Groveland, Florida. These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth into full-time roles.

As a Behavior Assistant, you will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a desire to engage actively with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation necessary; ability to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
