Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Florida. The roles are primarily part-time, with a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow.

Ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating with families. Positions offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, possible bonuses, and various benefits including insurance for those working 30+ hours a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education degree in a related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift 50lbs if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
