Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Florida. These part-time positions offer the opportunity to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families to track client progress.

Skills
