Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Middleburg, Florida, is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). These part-time roles offer opportunities for growth as caseloads expand. Candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced degrees a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or education preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
