Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies. The role offers part-time positions with growth potential into full-time.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients, go from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
