Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work part-time in Glen Allen, Virginia. This role includes working 1:1 with children with autism while using ABA strategies under supervision. Candidates will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data to track progress, and communicate with families.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation and the ability to engage clients actively. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth into an RBT.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field
