Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Williamsburg, Virginia. The roles allow the flexibility of part-time work with opportunities for growth into full-time positions as caseloads grow.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

The ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience in ABA therapy or a similar field.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in education or childcare is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.
