Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians in Ashland, Virginia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
