Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Fort Lauderdale to work with children with autism. You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect client progress data, and communicate effectively with families.

This part-time position includes flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and a career growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT. Additional benefits include paid sick time and medical insurance for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education
