Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Miami Beach, Florida. Positions are part-time with pathways to full-time as caseloads expand. The role includes working with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, alongside implementing treatment plans and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• Reliably and actively engage clients during sessions.
• Lift up to 50lbs and move unassisted.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Ability to engage clients

Reliable transportation

Education

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field a plus)
