Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. These part-time positions offer opportunities for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective communication with families and clinical teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in related fields such as ABA therapy or education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a degree in Psychology, Education, or similar is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
