Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Saint Francis, Wisconsin. Flexible part-time positions provide the opportunity to convert to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a Bachelor's in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to engage clients, move from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
