Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. These part-time roles offer the chance to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidates will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies while under supervision. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking client progress. Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Transport and local travel willingness essential.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data.
• Communicate effectively with families and teams.
