Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Ferndale, Michigan. These part-time positions present opportunities for transition into full-time roles.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism applying ABA strategies and collecting data to monitor progress. The ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and ideally prior experience in ABA therapy or related fields.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
