Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians roles in Georgetown Charter Township, Michigan. This position offers part-time flexibility with the potential for full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience in ABA therapy is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or education preferred.
• Ability to engage and lift clients of up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
