Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Fenton, MI. These part-time positions offer opportunities for career growth into full-time roles as caseloads increase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
