Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work 1:1 with children with autism. This part-time opportunity allows for flexibility and the potential to grow into full-time roles.

Successful candidates will implement ABA strategies under supervision, engage clients actively, and be supported by career growth pathways and competitive pay including quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to engage clients

Education
