Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work 1:1 with children with autism. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Key responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and be engaged, reliable, and able to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel if required.
• Ability to engage clients and meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families for client success.
• Attend supervisions and ongoing training.
