Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering part-time roles for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Canby, Oregon. These positions come with opportunities for growth and the potential to transition to full-time as case loads expand.

Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support to children with autism using evidence-based ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data to track progress. Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma and have experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are necessary.
• Ability to actively engage clients by going from sitting to standing unassisted and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
