Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Byrdstown, Tennessee. This part-time position offers the opportunity to transition into full-time as client caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education background

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education
