Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Athens, Georgia. These part-time positions come with the opportunity to transition into full-time roles as the caseload increases.

Candidates will work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, tracking client progress, and collaborating with families to ensure success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track client progress with PBS tools.
