Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions in Milledgeville, Georgia. There is an opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data. Qualifications include a high school diploma and preferably some experience in ABA therapy or childcare. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy or in education/childcare is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
