Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Arnold, Missouri, for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time. Candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation required for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
