Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Alamo, Georgia. This part‑time position offers the potential to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand. Successful candidates will work with children with autism, implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
