Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Aiea, Hawaii. This role provides part-time positions with the opportunity to transition into full-time as caseloads increase.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, experience in ABA or related fields, and be able to engage clients actively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation if required.
• Able to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
